Currently, I’m using design to connect Customer Due Diligence, UX & AI with a talented team at ING. I’d love to continue doing this and link it to my enthusiasm for people development and design maturity.

2020 - now
As design pioneer at ING Group Strategy & Innovation, I showed the value of service design. I helped hire a 2nd designer, co-created trainings and co-lead the ING Service Design Guild.
2014 - 2020
As a co-founder of Vancouver-based social design agency InWithForward, I was responsible for building a design practice that attracted talent growing to 15 people from 10 countries.
2013 - 2019
As an educator, I coached designers and senior managers, co-ran a summer school in Service Design in Italy and shared design experience at various universities and global conferences.
2008 - 2012
As a service designer, I was able to grow my craft at London-based agencies Participle and Engine Service Design, who pioneered development of the field before it was widely recognised.
2004 - 2019
As an independent design consultant, I was able to land projects working with wide range of clients such as Vodafone, Sodexo, Ebay, NHS, The Salvation Army and the City of Amsterdam.
